Annual Election Update – October 30, 2021
The Annual Election Virtual Meeting will be held October 30, 2021, at 10:00 am.
To participate in the meeting, owners can call 1-844-854-2222, Access Code 822680#. Owners wishing to view the counting of the ballots can submit their email address to the Board Secretary at hoablssiii@gmail.com by Noon October 28, 2021. The email addresses submitted will be sent to the Parliamentarian so that he can invite those owners to a Zoom session where owners can observe the counting of the ballots.

c) Reading of the Minutes of the Last Annual Meeting and approval by the members
d) Presentation of the Financial Report and approval of the Tax Resolution by the members

g) Board organization – Board elects its officers
h) Adjournment of the Annual Meeting
Since there are five vacancies on the Board and only five candidates, all five candidates will be elected to the Board. In the future there may be a State bill which will allow COA’s to forego elections when there is the same number of candidates as there are the number of board vacancies.
