About Surfside III

Surfside III COA (Community Owner’s Association) was built in 1976 (Tract 2459) by Howard T. Lane Company. It comprises 8 condominium buildings, with a mixture of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units totaling 258 units. There are also 51 town homes of various sizes. A clubhouse with a gym, reading/meeting room, pool tables, spa and swimming pool.
