NO RENTALS UNDER 30 DAYS are allowed per our CC&Rs, Article XIV, Section 11
– COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
– NO PERSONAL BBQs are allowed anywhere in the Surfside III complex. Community BBQ grills, playgrounds and basketball courts are available for use from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
– CLUBHOUSE ACCESS to Key card holders is from 6:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., seven days a week. Everyone must vacate the Clubhouse by 8:45 p.m.
